Run,
Don't
Walk.

Anna transformed how I self-tape. Her deep insight into both the technical and artistic process is invaluable. She really understands the tools needed to be competitive at this exact moment.

— Adam Silver, The Diplomat & Eric (Netflix)

You're better than your tape.

You've had the camera classes.
But still not booking?

The problem isn't that you don't know the basics — it's that you haven't seen what you're up against.

US productions receive hundreds of tapes from actors who have been training specifically for this format. The tech is different. The choices are different. What reads as "strong" in a UK audition can read as "inexperienced" in an American writers' room.

Your craft is real. But craft alone doesn't book the job.

If you want to work US productions from London, being good isn't enough. You need to know exactly what good looks like on their end.

What you'll walk away with

Built for both sides
of the Atlantic.

One day in London. Skills that work in every room, on every side of the pond.

The Tech
A tech setup that actually works

Studio-quality self-tapes from your flat. You'll master lighting, framing, and a repeatable system that saves time, money, and the technical headaches that are quietly costing you auditions.

The Performance
Performance that translates on camera

Camera technique that travels. You'll adapt your training for screen with a global edge — tapes that cut through for both US and UK productions, without losing what makes you interesting.

The Critical Eye
A critical eye you can trust

Most actors hate self-taping because they can't tell if what they're doing is working. You'll leave with a framework to evaluate your own work — so instead of dreading the process, you trust it. That's when creativity grows.

Your Coach

Anna LaMadrid

Anna is a working actor — she recurred on This Fool, Shining Vale (opposite Courteney Cox), and Vida, and went viral for her role as Fake Angela in the first season of The Rehearsal.

She's the co-founder of The Bridge for Actors, a platform she launched in 2021 to close the gap between traditional theatre training and the practical skills needed to get on set. Meisner-trained in New York, with an MFA from the University of Washington, she brings a cross-industry Hollywood lens to the self-tape process — rooted in story, character, and the blend of technical craft with dynamic, authentic performance.

She is not teaching theory. She is teaching what works right now, because she is doing it right now.

"Anna was such a big part of the reason why I got both of these jobs. She's the only coach I ever worked with that felt like she had my best interest at heart."

Saagar Shaikh Deli Boys, Ms. Marvel

When actors stop guessing.

After an in-person audition for a film with a big director, casting commented on my preparation and confidence. We were able to play with different choices in the room and they really engaged. It felt like they trusted me — and that came directly from the tools I've learned with Anna and The Bridge for Actors.

"Being on set is completely different from the skill of self-taping. Taking classes with Anna in the off-season has been invaluable — she's able to help not only the newcomer, but the veteran alike."

How is this different from a general acting workshop?
This is 100% focused on the self-tape format — the tech, the craft, and the business of submitting work that competes in a global market. Anna is a working Hollywood actor teaching from direct, current experience. No generic theory — just the specific, practical skills that are getting actors on set right now.
Is £127 the full price?
